Warangal: Two women died after being struck by lightning in Challapalli village of Atmakuru mandal of the district on Wednesday.
According to reports, Nirmala and Solanka Rama were struck by lightning while working in an agriculture field at the village.
They died on the spot. The villagers informed the police, who shifted the bodies to the government hospital for postmortem.
A case has been registered and investigation is underway.
