University of Hyderabad holds five-day Faculty Development Programme on Artificial Intelligence
The University of Hyderabad has inaugurated a five-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Artificial Intelligence to train faculty members from undergraduate and professional colleges across Andhra Pradesh.

Hyderabad: The University of Hyderabad (UoH) inaugurated a five-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Artificial Intelligence, designed to empower faculty members from undergraduate degree and professional colleges across Andhra Pradesh with essential AI applications for teaching and research.
The intensive programme, running from March 2 to March 6, is a collaborative effort under the aegis of the Executive Education Cell, School of Management Studies, UoH, in association with the APSCHE, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, and the Commissionerate of Collegiate Education (CCE).
The FDP aims to train faculty in subject-specific applications of Artificial Intelligence across various academic disciplines. The inaugural cohort consists of 80 faculty members, evenly split with 40 from Commerce and Management and 40 from Life Sciences.
Participants will receive hands-on training from professors at the University of Hyderabad and other domain experts, ensuring they gain practical knowledge and tools to effectively integrate AI into their curriculum and scholarly work.
