UNOX hosts exclusive Chefs’ Table in Hyderabad showcasing culinary innovation
UNOX, along with IRINOX and BERKEL, hosted an exclusive Chefs' Table event in Hyderabad, bringing together renowned chefs to showcase innovative cooking techniques, advanced kitchen technology, and culinary creativity while encouraging industry collaboration, learning, and inspiration.
Hyderabad: UNOX, an Italian manufacturer of commercial ovens, together with Italian brands IRINOX and BERKEL, here on Friday hosted an exclusive Chefs’ Table experience in Hyderabad, bringing together some of the city’s celebrated culinary professionals for an innovation, craftsmanship, and culinary excellence.
Chefs, including Satyanarayana Pandari, Ananda Shankar Chatterjee, Sameer Ali, Naresh Vegunta, Amanna Raju, and Suresh DC, alongside Nikhil Rastogi, corporate chef team Leader at UNOX India and South East Asia, and Gianluca Ortu, corporate chef coordinator at IRINOX, participated in the event.
The Chefs’ Table celebrated the convergence of culinary talent and advanced professional kitchen technology. Guests were treated to a specially curated menu, with each dish reflecting the unique style, creativity, and expertise of the participating chefs. Chefs showcased a range of cooking techniques, including roasting, steaming, hot smoking, grilling, cold smoking, and baking.
