Warangal: Dr Shaik Mahaboob Syed, Professor of MBA Department of Vaagdevi College of Engineering, Bollikunta, has presented a research paper titled ” Impact of Welfare Measures on Job Satisfaction of Road Transport Sector Employees” at the INDAM (Indian Academy of Management) International Conference held from January 7-9 at the prestigious management college, IIM, Rohtak, (Indian Institute of Management Rohtak) Haryana.
The conference is focussed on Triple Bottom Line Developing Business Resilience, Ecological Sustainability, and Social Well- being in Post Pandemic World. In addition to the theme, the conference aims to provide a platform for discussion on Industry 5.O, Economic Reforms in India, Aatmanirbhar Bharat (Self-reliant India) Dynamic National, Regional, and Global Security Challenges etc.
