Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2 starring Vikram now streaming on Amazon Prime Video

Hyderabad: Chiyaan Vikram’s much awaited action thriller Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2 has officially hit the small screen, having shared its premiere with a theatrical release on March 27th: Amazon Prime Video. In what was a directorial debut from SU Arun Kumar, it has not charmed everybody, with critics and audiences presenting mixed reviews; nevertheless, it has generated enough talk regarding a gripping storyline and performances.
Five languages are currently available in streaming the movie – Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. That is true Indian audience broad access. Vikram plays Kaali, a one-time criminal who has now-lived in Madurai and runs a grocery shop. A fight involving a policeman and a gang he used to belong to throws his peaceful life back into the dark world he left behind. And what follows is a night of survival and reckoning that’s nothing short of a roller-coaster ride.

But even that hasn’t won any accolades and likely raised more eyebrows than ever with an OTT release less than a month from theater release, especially with all the pre-release controversies clouding it. The past one-and-a-half weeks also saw a stay against its due to legal dispute delaying first-day screenings – early morning shows got cancelled and the reports on North America debut were also affected.
Fans can rejoice, though. Starting April 24, 2023, they could watch the action drama inside their homes as Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2 streams on Prime Video.
