Vemulawada shrine included in PRASAD scheme
During his maiden visit to the shrine after electing as MP, the union Minister of State for Home, Bandi Sanjay Kumar promised to include Vemulawada temple in PRASAD scheme and took initiative for the purpose.

Rajanna-Sircilla: Sri Raja Rajeshwaraswamy temple, Vemulawada secured a place in the central government’s PRASAD scheme. As part of the scheme, various facilities would be developed in the shrine for the convenience of the devotees. A 100 room capacity guest house, Anna prasada building and queue complexes will be developed under the scheme.
A team from the central government including architect Kishore Kumar and planning officer Mounika visited the shrine on Friday and examined three places. A report was submitted to the government. Besides touring the premises of the temple, they also examined the master plan of the temple.
