Veteran Journalists Association to host special book release on November 9

The VJA will host a special book release on Sunday at Hyderabad’s Press Club, unveiling ‘Appudu–Ippudu’ by Ganduri Krishna and ‘Anubhavalu–Gnapakalu’, celebrating senior journalists’ experiences. Former Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu will be the chief guest

Hyderabad: The Veteran Journalists Association (VJA) will hold a special book release function on Sunday (November 9) at the Press Club in Basheerbagh, featuring two major publications chronicling the experiences of senior journalists.

The first, ‘Appudu–Ippudu’ authored by Ganduri Krishna (GK), offers a reflective account of changing times in journalism. The second, ‘Anubhavalu–Gnapakalu’, is a compilation of talks by stalwart journalists, sharing their experiences and memories, organised and published by the Veteran Journalists Association.


Former Vice-President of India M Venkaiah Naidu will be the chief guest while Telangana Media Academy Chairman K Srinivasa Reddy and I&PR Special Commissioner Ch Priyanka will attend as guests of honour.

Eminent journalists K Ramachandra Murthy, S Venkat Narayan and Raja Sukha will grace the occasion.
