Jagtial: Vigilance officials are conducting raids in Jagtial municipality. Based on complaints, eight teams are conducting checks in the revenue section.
In the wake of complaints about irregularities in building assessment and imposition of taxes, vigilance officials are conducting checks by physically visiting buildings and cross-checking original measurements with documents.
It may be recalled here that a few days ago, Anti-Corruption Bureau officials had also carried out checks in the municipality.
