Hyderabad: Vijay Deverakonda is one of the most successful stars the Telugu film industry has seen in recent times. The actor has achieved star status without the help of a godfather. He has even made a mark in business, be it with his clothing line Rowdy or his newly-opened multiplex. Naturally, his parents must be proud of his achievements.
As a token of gratitude to his mother Madhavi Deverakonda for being his constant support, the doting son dedicated his multiplex Asian Vijay Deverakonda Cinemas in Mahbubnagar, Telangana, to her on the occasion of her birthday. “Happy Birthday mummuluu. This one is for you! #AVD. If you workout and stay healthy, I will work harder and give you more memories (sic),” he captioned a pic of his mom standing in the theatre.
The ‘Arjun Reddy’ actor recently shared that the first film that would play in the theatre would be Sekhar Kammula’s ‘Love Story’. VD, who is looking forward to the release of his pan-India film ‘Liger’, opened up about being exhausted.
He shared a pic from his latest photo shoot and penned, “Behind the pretty clothes is a body exhausted, in pain, hurting, cramping and bruised. Behind the face you see, is ambition, dreams and a fire that keep pushing me forward! Work. Work Hard. Outwork everybody (sic).”
