Warangal: Arun Matteda gets PhD from Kakatiya University

Warangal: A research scholar in the Department of Human Resource Management in Kakatiya University (KU) Arun Matteda was awarded PhD for his thesis titled “Human Resource Development Climate – An Asset for Effective Organisational Functioning in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Hyderabad.

He did his research under the supervision of Dr G Pani, (Rtd) of the Public Administration and HRM department of the KU, Warangal, said Controller of Examination, Prof P Malla Reddy.

Arun said that he was dedicating his degree to his parents Matteda Vimala and Solomon. Arun was congratulated by fellow scholars, faculty members and others for successfully completing the research and getting the PhD degree.
