Warangal: The Commissioner’s Task Force sleuths along with Kazipet police apprehended an ex-CISF constable Banothu Raj Kumar of Malahar Mandal of Jayashankar Bhupalpally district on Monday for allegedly cheating the unemployed youth on the pretext of offering jobs. He was removed from the CISF constable job due to ‘fraud and other reasons’.
He reportedly promised 20 persons to get jobs including the Junior Assistant in RTA, Jr.Asst in Electricity Dept, Jr.Asst in KU, Jr.Eng in Electricity Dept, Mechanic in RTC, Police Constable, Jr.Asst in NTPC, Ramagundam, Writer in RTC, and Jr.Asst in Collector office. He had reportedly collected an amount of Rs three to eight Lakhs from each individual and issued fake orders. He also issued a fake order to one Garimalla Himabindu as Jr.Asst in Kakatiya University and her sister by name Garimalla Saileela as Jr.Eng in Electricity Dept and to one Nalla Raju as Jr.Asst in RTA Department.“Thus the accused jeopardized the lives of unemployed youth and put their poor families in to an alarming situation.Three cases were registered against him in three police stations. He was earlier booked under sections 120b, 420 IPC, and NDPS Act, and two other police stations,” according to a press note by the Task Force.
