Warangal Urban: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy on Monday alleged that there was wide-spread corruption in government offices in the State.
He was participating in the BJP election campaign for Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) elections here on Monday. Addressing election rallies, he said Warangal people were politically active and they should vote for BJP.
Kishan Reddy noted that it was because of the Central funds that development of Warangal was possible. Super Specialty Hospital here was built with Central funds and around Rs 2000 crore was spent on laying a four lane road from Warangal to Hyderabad.
The MLAs in Warangal have been resorting to illegal land encroachments and an enquiry would be ordered into their acts if BJP comes to power in Telangana, the Union minister said.
