Warangal Officers’ Club gets new secretary

Raji Reddy got elected as the joint secretary with 709 votes, and Vaikuntam was elected as treasurer with 739 votes

Warangal Officers’ Club gets new secretary

Warangal Urban: Donthi Ravinder Reddy, a businessman from Warangal, has been elected secretary of the Warangal Officers’ Club. While Ravinder Reddy polled 742 votes, his opponent Dr VS Reddy secured only 251 votes against the total polled votes of 1236.

Ravinder Reddy’s panel members have also won the other positions. Raji Reddy got elected as the joint secretary with 709 votes, and Vaikuntam was elected as treasurer with 739 votes. The other panel members of the Ravinder Reddy, who were competing for the Executive Committee member posts, were in the lead when the last reports came in on Sunday. Government Chief Whip Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar, MLAs Challa Dharma Reddy, and Aroori Ramesh were among the prominent members who exercised their franchise in the elections held on Sunday. It may be worth mentioning here that District Collector remains as the president of the club, while the police commissioner as the vice-president.
