Warangal Rural: District Additional Collector R Mahender Reddy asked the rice millers to achieve the targets fixed by the government about the custom milled rice (CMR) for the Rabi period of 2019-21. Addressing the officials and rice mill owners here on Monday, he expressed displeasure over the officials of the civil supplies department and rice mill owners for the delay in milling the rice allotted to the millers. “If you (rice millers) don’t achieve the targets in time, action will be initiated against you,” he said and asked them to complete by the end of March. DSO Lakshmi Bhavani, DM Bhaskar Rao, DTs and others attended the meeting.
