Warangal’ Sulakshya Seva Samithi celebrates its 13th anniversary
Sulakshya Seva Samithi celebrated its 13th anniversary in Hanamkonda with inspirational talks by UPSC ranker Atla Tharun Teja and Air Force officer Anil Kumar Tripathi, highlighting perseverance, national security and community service

Hanamkonda: The town-based Sulakshya Seva Samithi, a voluntary organisation dedicated to social welfare, celebrated its 13th anniversary at Sri Vyasa Avasam on Hunter Road here on Thursday.
UPSC Civil Services exam ranker Atla Tharun Teja, who attended the celebrations and shared his journey of perseverance in the examination, said that after failing four times, he secured All India Rank 123 in his fifth attempt in 2025.
Emphasising that determination and clarity of goals could help anyone achieve success, Tharun Teja highlighted the importance of dreaming big and pursuing goals with sustained effort.
Warrant Officer of the Indian Air Force, Anil Kumar Tripathi, observed that internal security was as crucial as external security. A nation could be truly secure only when its internal systems were strong.
He appreciated the efforts of NGOs like Sulakshya Seva Samithi in contributing to societal stability and urged youth to remain committed to their values, parents, teachers and the nation.
The samithi founder-president, Santhosh Manduva, said the organisation’s journey has been driven by the blessings of the elderly, smiles of underprivileged children and encouragement from supporters and the media over the past 13 years.
On the occasion, guests were felicitated with shawls and mementos in recognition of their support. A special lunch, including traditional dishes such as Bhakshalu, Ugadi Pachadi and Pulihora, was served to the children residing at the avasam.
Sulakshya Seva Samithi members Saikiran Vangala, Kodam Vinay, Praneeth Kaparthi, Kasarla Vasundhara, Ramachary and others took part in the event.
