Actor Anil Kapoor has yet again kept his fans wondering about his capacity for a 64-year-old. The ‘Ram Lakhan’ actor has now posted a video of him sprinting like a wind on track for his training session on his social media platforms today.

In the video, Anil Kapoor can be seen running at a good speed on a track. The video has been shot by fitness enthusiast Marc Mead, who can also be heard asking Anil Kapoor to “pick up the pace” after every short interval in the video.

Sharing his happiness “to be back on the tracks again”, Anil credited Indian athletes participating in Tokyo Olympics for the inspiration. “So happy to be on tracks again! Inspired by our Indian athletes in Tokyo who are making the whole country proud,” Anil Kapoor wrote along with the video.

However, this is not the first time that Anil has posted a fit-spiring post. The actor is often seen setting fitness goals on social media with pictures and videos from his training sessions. He had recently posted a similar #mondaymotivation sprinting video on Instagram with a caption. “They say you can’t outrun your problems but I will try my best to always out sprint mine… #mondaymotivation,” he wrote.
