Hyderabad: In a shocking act of animal cruelty, a man allegedly killed two-months-old stray dog puppies by smashing them against a wall and crushing them under his feet at the parking of an apartment in a gated community at Indis VB City in Macha Bolarum.
In the incident which occurred on April 14, one resident identified as Ashish, a businessman and resident of the society, brutally killed five puppies. The gruesome act was recorded in the surveillance cameras installed in the parking area.
The residents noticed the dead puppies the next day and examined the CCTV footage and discovered the heinous act. Further, When they questioned him, Ashish admitted to killing the puppies because he allegedly hated strays.
Based on a complaint from the residents, the Alwal police booked a case and took up investigation.
