Watch: KTR vs HILT! 10,000 Acres at Risk? Telangana’s Industrial Land Battle

Telangana has extended the HILT application deadline to October 31 after a lukewarm response from industries. With 9,292 acres identified and only 450 acres covered by applications, concerns remain over conversion costs, relocation, land values and development impact fees.
