Hyderabad: On the New Year Day, fans of megastar Chiranjeevi were in for a big surprise as the motion poster of the actor’s most-awaited action-entertainer film “Bholaa Shankar” was released.
Director Meher Ramesh unveiling the 18-second ‘Swag of Bholaa’ motion poster on Twitter, captioned “Celebrating New Year with Unrivalled Rage & Boundless Mass of MEGA”, adding emojis like Sparkles, Fire, Glowing Star and Sun Glasses.
The megastar in the still visuals looks young and rugged – his mass look from the film, touted to be an out and out entertainer. With very stylish looking hairstyle, cool sunglasses and amulets & saffron thread around his wrist, in black shirt and matching jacket, he just rocks.
Glimpses from ‘Swag of Bholaa’ video received a huge response from fans, with the movie hashtag trending on the social media, attracting thousands of likes and retweets. The motion poster on YouTube received nearly 3 lakh views in less than three hours of its release.
“Bholaa Shankar” is a remake of the Tamil blockbuster “Vedalam”-starring starring Ajith Kumar. According to reports, the movie has many action sequences and a grand song.
While Keerthy Suresh plays an important role in the film as Chiranjeevi’s younger sister, Tamanna is the female lead. Reports say Naga Shourya will be seen as Kirti Suresh’s husband.
Bankrolled by Anil Sunkara under the banner of AK Entertainments, it has music by Swara Sagar Mahathi, son of Mani Sharma.
