Hyderabad: If you are a BCA or BSc student and are looking to complete your Masters even while working, then this is your chance. Technology major Wipro has announced the roll out of its new programme that enables one to complete their MTech degree while working at the company. Called the Work Integrated Learning Programme 2022, it offers BCA and BSc students a chance to work at Wipro while pursuing an MTech degree from a premier university.

The eligibility criteria are 10th and 12th standard pass and graduation with 60 per cent of 6.0 CGPA and above as applicable by the University guidelines. The year of passing must be 2022 and the student must have either completed a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) or Bachelor of Science with eligible streams like computer science, information technology, mathematics, statistics, electronics or physics.


As per the advertisement on Wipro career website, other criteria include a mandatory core mathematics as subject in graduation, business maths and applied maths will not be considered as core mathematics. Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and graduation. No gaps allowed in graduation and it should be completed within 3 years. Education should be regular full time only in 10th, 12th and graduation recognized by the Central/State government of India. Maximum of 1 active backlog till the interview stage.

While it is open to all Indian citizens or someone holding a PIO or OCI card, Bhutan and Nepal nationals can also apply subject to submission of their citizen certificate.

Qualified candidates will get stipend as follows (per month)

1st year stipend: Rs 15,000 + Rs 488 (ESI) + Joining Bonus of Rs 75,000

2nd year: Rs 17,000 + Rs 533 (ESI)

3rd year: Rs 19,000 + Rs 618 (ESI)

4th year: Rs 23,000

Post the completion of the programme, designation will be Senior Project Engineer and compensation will range from Rs 6,00,000 p.a onwards depending on performance. Other benefits include a MTech degree fully sponsored by Wipro, Group Life Insurance of Rs 14 lakh p.a and Group Personal Accident Cover of Rs 12 lakh p.a. On joining, candidates would be required to sign a service agreement for 60 months.
