World Earth Day celebrated at Hyderabad zoo

Zoo Curator Subhadra Devi said that the visitors should be environment conscious and help the zoo in keeping it always clean and plastic free

Hyderabad: Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad, celebrated the World Earth Day dedicated to environmental protection, with a series of events on Thursday. On the occasion, a clean earth, green earth drive was held with the staff members, Subhadra Devi, Curator, Nehru Zoological Park said that the zoo authorities had imposed a ban on plastic articles inside the park in the year 2006 and added the visitors should be environment conscious and help the zoo in keeping it always clean and plastic free.
