Offers rural youth career opportunities in BFSI, logistics, HR sectors. Over 100 participants attend interviews with salaries starting at ₹18,000 for selected candidates

Young India Skill University conducts job placement drive for Manthani youth

Peddapalli: A training and placement drive was conducted on Wednesday at the Government Degree College, Manthani, by Young India Skills University in collaboration with the college.

The initiative targeted unemployed youth from Manthani town who have completed Intermediate or Degree education. Over 100 candidates participated in the programme.


Professionals from BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), logistics, and HR sectors conducted interviews and selected suitable candidates, with a starting salary of ₹18,000 announced for those selected.

Young India Skills University Registrar Prof Jonnalagadda Sudhakar said similar programmes with a rural focus will continue in the future.

College principal Dr Jai Kishan Ojha also addressed the gathering.
