1 Telangana Battallion NCC Conducts Annual Training Camp–II

Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana: Annual Training Camp –II (Pre RDC-I) being conducted by 1 Telangana Battallion NCC, Secunderabad has commenced at Bison Training Grounds with effect from 10 Nov’ 2021 to 19 Nov’2021. The camp is being attended by 270 Girl cadets and 130 Boy cadets from across various districts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States. The Deputy Camp Commandant of the camp is Maj Aditi Singh who is assisted by 04 Lady NCC Officers. The camp is also giving special training to the cadets who are being selected for Republic Day Parade to be held in New Delhi-2022.

The Camp Commandant Col Ramanuj Singh in his Opening Address on 11 Nov’2021 briefed all the cadets about the aim of the camp, Do & Don’ts to be followed by all cadets during the camp. He motivated all the cadets to participate whole heartedly in all the training activities of the camp like Drill, Weapon Training, Map Reading, Firing, Sports & Cultural acitivities. He also guided them to make full use of various Guest  Lectures being organized in the camp like, Fire Fighting, Traffic Rules & Road Sfety Awareness, Mental Health and Food & Nutrition.


All attending cadets will be awarded with participation certificate on successful completion of the camp during the closing address scheduled on 18 Nov’2021. Apart from the 400 NCC Cadets, 25 Army Personnel, 13 Civil Staff, 06 Associate NCC Officers and 02 Girls Cadet Instructors are attending the camp.
