10 students from Resonance School clear the world’s toughest Maths Olympiad
This remarkable achievement marks an unprecedented number of students passing the exam from a single school nationwide. The students were honored by Purnachandra Rao, Managing Director of Resonance Educational Institutions in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, in the presence of their parents.

Hyderabad: Ten students from Resonance Gurukul School cleared the prestigious IOQM and Qualified for RMO (Regional Mathematics Olympiad) 2024. The Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM) is conducted by Mathematics teachers association, India.
This is an unprecedented performance, with so many students clearing the exam from one school, across the country. The students were felicitated by Purnachandra Rao, Managing Director, Resonance Educational Institutions, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, in the presence of their parents.
IOQM is a prestigious exam with very few of those attempting the exam, qualifying. Only 6407 students from across India qualified for RMO 2024, of which only 255 students from Telangana qualified, a press release said.
