Hyderabad: The GY Reddy Compound 2BHK Housing Colony in Sanath Nagar will be inaugurated on Thursday.
The housing society consisting of 180 double bedroom houses was built with Rs 15.57 crores. The housing society spread over 0.78 acres has three lifts and six shops too. The shops have been built so that the revenue generated through it can be utilised for maintaining the lifts.
CC roads, sewerage line and a sump to store drinking water are the other amenities in store for the 180 beneficiary families. The keys will be handed over to them by Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav and Mayor G Vijaya Laxmi.
The Golla Komaraiah Colony 2BHK Housing colony in Sanath Nagar will be inaugurated on July 5.
