Hyderabad: State government on Saturday accorded permission for 30 per cent enhancement of basic remuneration to persons engaged on contract/outsourcing basis under Telangana Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) and Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs).
An order to this effect was issued by the School Education Department here on Saturday. The enhancement is applicable to all categories of services engaged on contract/outsourcing basis under the SSA at various levels including school, cluster, mandal, district and State level and in KGBVs. According to the order, the enhanced honorarium will be paid with effect from June 1, 2021.
The next revision of the honorarium would be on a par with other contract/outsourcing services engaged in other government departments/entities, it said.
The government has asked the Director of School Education to take necessary action in the matter.
