Mancherial: A woman died after being struck by lightning at her farm in Dammannapet village of Dandepalli mandal on Thursday.

According to locals, the deceased was identified as Gaddam Nagavva (31). She died on the spot after being struck by the lightning. She was removing weed in her cotton crop at the time of the mishap. She is survived by two sons.
