Hyderabad: The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) organised a rally on the Osmania University campus here on Friday, expressing support for the Central government’s recent decision to intensify operations against Maoist forces in Telangana and other affected regions.

The rally conducted from Arts College saw participation from students of various colleges across Hyderabad.

Participants raised slogans supporting national unity and condemning extremist violence, reaffirming their commitment to a Maoist-free and development-oriented India.

The ABVP stated that student voices must rise in support of national security and democratic values, especially when efforts were being made to dismantle long-standing insurgent networks.
