Advocate abused, threatened by clients in Hyderabad

They were unhappy that their case was not compromised in the Lok Adalat on Saturday, the police said

Hyderabad: An advocate was threatened by two persons at Saifabad on Saturday.

Mir Nizam Ali, a high court advocate was having a conversation with a client when two persons came and abused him in vulgar language and threatened him with dire consequences, the Saifabad police said. Both were clients of the advocate and were unhappy that their case was not compromised in the Lok Adalat held on Saturday, the police added.

The advocate later approached Saifabad police who registered a case and are investigating.
