Hyderabad: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) on Friday issued a revised academic calendar for the academic year 2022-23.

As per the circular issued by the AICTE, the technical institutions except PGDM/PGCM institutions should commence induction programme for the first year students on October 10 and the last date for commencement of classes for first-year students of technical courses is October 25. The last date for starting classes for the existing students of technical courses is September 15.

The AICTE would be granting or refusing its approval to the colleges before July 10 and last date for granting affiliation by the universities/board to colleges is August 31.
