All agriculture fields to be irrigated in Nirmal soon
Indrakaran Reddy said that the works which commenced in the past were stalled due to some unavoidable circumstances
Nirmal: Forest Minister Indrakaran Reddy said that all agricultural lands in the district would be irrigated soon.
Speaking after laying the foundation stone for works relating to package 27 of Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme at Madegaon village in Dilawarpur Mandal on Friday, Indrakaran Reddy said that the works which commenced in the past were stalled due to some unavoidable circumstances. However, steps were being taken to expedite the works and to irrigate all fields of the district at the earliest. A total of 60 percent of the works were already completed, he added.
The minister further said that Telangana Chief Kumar was always concerned for agrarian community and was striving hard for the welfare of farmers. He stated that Rao had introduced several innovative schemes for development of farmers.
