Forest Minister Allola Indrakaran Reddy criticized Adilabad MP Soyam Bapu Rao for neglecting the rural areas of Nirmal district during a campaign rally.

Speaking during his door-to-door canvassin here on Monday, Reddy explained a slew of welfare schemes and developmental activities implemented by his government.

Reddy welcomed members of Hindu Sena Youth, members of BJP and Congress from Japrapur and Kadthal villages in Soan mandal into the BRS

Reddy performed special prayers at a pandal of Sri Durga Devi and Anjaneya Swamy temple and took blessings of elders of his family.

Minister Indrakaran Reddy exuded confidence that the BRS would easily win the mandate and form the government for the third time in a row.

Law Minister A Indrakaran Reddy will be the guest of honour. Other judges of the Supreme Court and High Court of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will be attending the event.

Reddy said that the fishermen community was able to make profits by rearing fish in irrigation tanks revived by the government under Mission Kakatiya scheme.

The government was extending all support to differently abled persons since the formation of Telangana, he stated.

The Forest minister paid tributes to tribal legends Kumram Bheem and Ramji Gond to mark the World Indigenous People's day observed here on Wednesday.

The Forest Department was implementing various schemes for generating livelihood for the tribal living in forest areas, he said, adding that about Rs. 38.44 crore worth of forest produce were being procured from 4205 tribal families.

Indrakaran Reddy, along with Khanapur MLA A Rekha Naik and Collector K Varun Reddy, conducted an inspection of the project in Kaddampeddur Mandal center.

They presented a silk saree to the deity and offered prayers on the occasion of Bonalu festival.

Participating in the Medical and Health Day in Nirmal, Indrakaran Reddy said the newly created district had made rapid strides in the healthcare and medical sectors

Participating in an emergency general meeting of the muncipality here on Wednesday, Indrakaran Reddy said the Chief Minister would be visiting the Nirmal district centre soon.
