Allocate numbers for houses constructed in R&R colonies: Vinod Kumar

Rajanna-Sircilla: TS Planning Board Vice-Chairman B Vinod Kumar instructed officials to allocate new house numbers to houses constructed in Relief and Rehabilitation colonies for land oustees of Mid Manair reservoir (MMR).
Vinod Kumar conducted a review meeting with officials and public representatives to discuss the problems of Mid Manair land oustees at the Collectorate office on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, he informed that about 20 villages, which were inundated in Mid Manair reservoir, were developed in other places with the same names as part of the Relief and Rehabilitation package.
However, the houses have not been issued new house numbers, he said and informed that people were facing problems due to lack of house numbers. He instructed officials to take steps to issue house numbers by conducting a comprehensive survey.
He wanted the officials to do justice to owners of disputed lands which were pending in the court. He also instructed officials to identify land for the construction of MSME skill development training auditorium within one week.
District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar assured to solve the problems in each and every colony under the supervision of village Sarpanches and promised to do justice to villagers by conducting surveys by RDO.
Zilla Parishad Chairperson Nyalakonda Aruna, ZPTCs, MPTCs and others participated in the meeting.
