The 108 service, stationed at Kondapak, received a call from the pregnant woman Triveni (23), a migrant worker from Odisha. When medical technician Baindla Mahender and the pilot Ramesh reached the spot, they found her bleeding profusely.
There was no time to shift the woman. After consulting the doctor Surendar at the government hospital in Siddipet over phone, Mahender performed the delivery at her residence. The woman delivered a baby boy.
