Mumbai: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan on Thursday night expressed heartfelt gratitude to the makers of his upcoming sci-fi action film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’.
Recently the makers of the film unveiled a new poster of the ‘Sholay’ actor on the occasion of his 81st birthday.
Dropping the new poster on his Instagram, Amitabh wrote, “My ever gratitude for this greeting to Vyjayanthi Movies and the challenge they have thrown towards me, as also their greetings for the 11th ..”

The new title perfectly encapsulates the essence of the film, generating curiosity and excitement among fans and cinephiles worldwide.
The one-minute-sixteen-second teaser showcased a world set in the future and a few glimpses of Deepika, Prabhas, and Amitabh Bachchan.
Meanwhile, Amitabh will be next seen in the action thriller film ‘Ganapath: A Hero is Born’ alongside Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon.
He also has courtroom drama film ‘Section 84’ in his kitty.
