Siddipet: Setting an example for others to follow, a Muslim woman, working as an anganwadi teacher, has been reaching out to needy people. Mohammad Umar Razia Sulthana Begum has been carrying out various social activities across Siddipet district for the last five years.

While Sulthana has been working as an anganwadi teacher at Indupriyal in Doulthabad mandal, her husband Umar, a mechanic by profession, has been running a garage at Pragnapur. Whenever she finds a poor family in serious need, she visits their home and presents a kit, containing groceries worth Rs 10,000 and Rs 5,000 cash as immediate relief.
