Anurag University announces common entrance test

Hyderabad: Anurag University (AU), Hyderabad, on Friday announced the Anurag Common Entrance Test (CET) 2022 for admissions into various engineering and agriculture courses. The entrance test (online/offline) will be conducted from March 4 to 6 and registration for the same has been opened.

The AU also announced scholarships worth Rs 5.3 crore for Anurag CET toppers. The university would extend 100 per cent concession for the rank holders between 1 and 10, while 50 per cent concession will be given for 11-25 rank holders and 25 per cent concession for 26-100 rank holders in the entrance test.

Apart from the scholarships, the first 500 students taking admission into University through Anurag CET will be gifted laptops.

The varsity offers a plethora of undergraduate, post-graduate, and doctoral programs in different schools namely Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Agricultural Sciences, Liberal Arts, and Sciences.

From this year, the AU is starting a couple of undergraduate programmes under the School of Liberal Arts such as BA in Economics, Multimedia, and Journalism and BCom under the School of Social Sciences.

The last date registration for Anurag CET 2022 through the website https://anurag.edu.in/ is March 3. The entrance test will be conducted at the respective college of the candidate or Anurag University and results will be declared on March 26. Admission counselling is scheduled to take place on May 16 and 17.
