Yadadri-Bhongir: Andhra Pradesh Minister Perni Nani on Friday said the renovated Yadadri temple would emerge as a major destination in temple pilgrimage in the country.
The Minister, who visited Yadadri, was welcomed by temple priests at Balalayam on the hill shrine amid rituals. He also participated in special pooja programme at the temple.
Speaking to the media after going through the main temple, he said it was the greatness of the Telangana government that Yadadri main temple was getting renovated with attractive sculpture as per agamashashtra. “The temple will attract devotees from across the world. We are now reading in the history that Sri Krishna Devaraya constructed Tirumala temple. And now Chief Minister K Chandrshekhar Rao’s name will find place in history for the Yadadri temple development,” he said.
He said Chandrashekhar Rao’s desire to develop the temple will be fulfilled with the blessings of the God.
