The Ministry of Home Affairs invites online nominations from sportspersons for Padma Awards 2026, including Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan, and Padma Shri, from March 15 to July 31, 2025

Hyderabad: The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India have called for nominations for the padma Awards namely, Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri which are the highest civilian awards of the country to be announced on the occasion of Republic Day 2026 from 15th March 2025 to 31st July 2025.

Nominations invited from the Sports persons for the above prestigious awards under Sports Category, and they are requested to go through the guidelines issued by GOI by visiting website https://awards.gov.in to apply for the above prestigious awards under Sports Category – the nominations / recommendations received through online mode only will be considered.
