Arjitha sevas cancelled at Bhadradri in view of surge in Covid cases

Kothagudem: The authorities of Sri Seetha Ramachandra Swamy Temple at Bhadrachalam have cancelled all arjitha sevas at the temple from Monday onwards.
In a statement here on Saturday, the temple Executive Officer (EO) Banoth Shivaji informed that devotees would be allowed only for free and quick darshan of the deities at the temple. The temple would remain open from 6 am to 1 pm.
However, prayer offering made through online payments would be allowed while regular sevas would be performed by the priests privately. The decision was taken in the wake of the surge in the Covid-19 cases, the EO added.
