B. Tech student dies after slipping at Masaloddi waterfall in Mulugu
An 18-year-old B.Tech student from Siddipet district died after slipping and falling into Masaloddi waterfall in Mulugu on Wednesday. Despite being rushed to hospital and given emergency CPR, he succumbed while being shifted for advanced treatment.

Mulugu: A first-year B.Tech student died after falling into Masaloddi waterfall (Mashenuloddi Waterfall) at Dulapuram village in Wajedu mandal in the district on Wednesday.
The deceased Yadha Vaibhav Kumar (18) of Siddipet district visited the waterfall with six friends. According to eyewitnesses and the police, he slipped and fell into the water while descending towards the waterfall.
Some youths present at the spot pulled him out of the water and immediately rushed him to the Wajedu Government Hospital on a motorcycle. However, as no doctors were available upon arrival, the staff nurse on duty attempted to save his life by performing emergency CPR.
Vaibhav Kumar died while being shifted to Eturunagaram Hospital for advanced medical care. On receiving information, the police arrived at the scene; shifted the body to Wajedu Government Hospital for a post-mortem, registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident.
