Bachupally flyover opens, to ease traffic between Miyapur and Gandi Maisamma

Hyderabad: The six-lane Bachupally flyover at Bachupally X Roads under Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) limits was thrown open for commuters on Monday.
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) completed the construction of the flyover at Bachupally X Roads to facilitate smooth traffic movement between Miyapur X Road and Gandi Maisamma.
The project was designed to reduce congestion, minimise travel time, improve safety, and provide efficient connectivity in the rapidly developing IT corridor.
The flyover is 1.30 km long and has 19 piers and abutments. It also includes 1.30 km of two-lane slip roads. The project was completed at a cost of Rs 65.53 crore.
