BRS leader KP Vivekananda claimed the Bachupally flyover was conceived and executed during the previous BRS government's tenure. He accused the Congress government of taking credit for completed projects and neglecting Hyderabad's pending infrastructure requirements and development works.
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority opened the six-lane Bachupally Flyover on Monday. Built at a cost of Rs 65.53 crore, the 1.3-km structure aims to reduce traffic congestion and improve connectivity between Miyapur X Road and Gandi Maisamma
The long-awaited six-lane Bachupally flyover is expected to open in June, providing major relief to commuters travelling towards Cyberabad. The project, delayed beyond its original schedule, is set to improve connectivity, reduce congestion and ease daily travel for thousands.
Slow progress in the construction of the Bachupally Outer Ring Road flyover has led to traffic congestion and inconvenience for commuters. Delays caused by land acquisition, utility shifting and rains have also resulted in potholes and worsening road conditions.
