Bengaluru-based young techie dies by suicide in Warangal
A 25-year-old software engineer, Ganji Keerthana, allegedly died by suicide at her residence in Warangal’s Kashibugga area. Employed at a foreign firm in Bengaluru, she had been undergoing treatment for anxiety linked to work-related stress.

Warangal: A young software engineer allegedly died by suicide at the Kashibugga area of Warangal city. The deceased Ganji Keerthana (25), a resident of Tilak Road in Kashibugga hanged herself from a ceiling fan with a chunni in the first-floor bedroom of her home on Monday.
Her family members stated that the deceased was employed at a foreign company in Bengaluru and had been undergoing treatment for anxiety caused by an inability to cope with work-related stress over the past few months.
Her parents Ganji Umashankar and Krishnaveni had gone out when Keerthana took the extreme step. When her mother returned home and looked through the window, she saw Keerthana hanging from the ceiling.
Upon receiving the information, the police arrived at the scene, registered a case and initiated an investigation. The family members stated that they had no suspicions regarding the cause of her death.
