Karimnagar: BJP State president Bandi Sanjay Kumar said on Sunday that BJP was the only party which had committed workers who work for the principles of the party. BJP activists will not hesitate to even sacrifice their lives for the party, he said.
Speaking at the concluding session of party workers training programme here, he said BJP came to power at the centre only because of the struggle and sacrifice made by party workers. “It is the only party that increased its tally to 303 MP seats from a meagre two MPs, and this was possible only because of the hard work of workers. Political parties that ruled the country as well as States for decades together indulged in corruption practices, but BJP is a party of the people and works for the welfare and upliftment of the poor,” he said.
Calling on party workers to expose the alleged failures of the State government, he urged them to maintain good relations with the people.
BJP district president Gangadi Krishna Reddy, general secretary Thallapalli Srinivas Goud, Kallem Vasudeva Reddy, Bathula Laxminarayana, and others participated in the meeting.
