Hyderabad: The Branch Secretariat of Ministry of External Affairs, in association with Regional Passport Office of Hyderabad, Protector of Emigrants and Indian Council for Cultural Relations organised a blood donation camp at the Regional Passport Office in Secunderabad on Wednesday. The camp was organised with the support of Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society, as part of the Ministry’s Swachhata Pakhwada-2022.

The camp was jointly inaugurated by RPO Dasari Balaiah, Consul General of Afghanistan Suleman Kakar, Vice Consul of Turkish Consulate Hakki Saglam, First Consul of Iranian Consulate Khodadad Nejad Asad, Honarary Consul General of South Korea Suresh Chukapalli, Honarary consul of Bulgaria Y Kiran Kumar, and Honarary Consul of Lesotho-Africa Surat Singh Malhotra.

On the occasion, the volunteers were educated about the Swachhata campaign and Swachhata Kits were distributed to the donors, volunteers and support staff. The event was organised with everyone following Covid appropriate behaviour and protocols.
