Karimnagar: The body of a newborn baby was found in a Sulabh complex near Ramnagar fish market in Karimanagar town on Saturday. Women selling fish in the market found the body of the baby wrapped in a cloth and informed the matter to sulabh-complex watchman, who in turn alerted the police.
According to the watchman, a pregnant woman came to the sulabh-complex on Friday night. She may have given birth to the baby and left the spot leaving the dead baby in the sulabh-complex.
Knowing about the incident, police visited the spot and are examining the CCTV footage of the area.
