Bogatha waterfalls comes alive with recent rains, opens for visitors
The waterfall has been closed for visitors by forest officials since the recent lockdown.

Bogatha waterfalls, also known as Telangana Niagara, has come alive, thanks to widespread rainfall. It is drawing down loads of water, making the waterfalls a star attraction.
People from near and far are visiting the place in droves. One of the most famous tourist attractions, the waterfall is located in a dense forest at Koyaveerapuram G of Wazeed Mandal, Khammam district.
The area surrounding it is a fantastic place for birdwatching. You need to travel some 420 km from Hyderabad via Khammam to reach the destination.
The waterfall has been closed for visitors by forest officials since the recent lockdown. The forest officials opened the place for visitors after the lifting of the lockdown. The officials are focusing on safety measures for visitors and tourists.
