Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra, fondly called the ‘He-Man’ of Hindi films, died in Mumbai after a brief illness. Known for iconic roles in Sholay, Phool Aur Patthar, and Chupke Chupke, he leaves behind a legacy spanning decades.

Hyderabad: Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra, referred to as the ‘He-Man’ of the Hindi films, died in Mumbai on Tuesday, according to reports.
Dharmendra was critically ill and was undergoing treatment for the last one week and rumours spread on Monday about his demise, but his son Sunny Deol rebuffed them.
However, the iconic film star breathed his last, his team confirmed.
Dharmendra carved himself a niche in the Bollywood for his unforgettable roles in many movies including Sholay, Phool Aur Pathar, Chupke Chupke among hundreds of others.
