Hyderabad: The Bharat Rashtra Samithi Vidyarthi Vibhagam has cited increasing complaints from students of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) over the delay in the release of the R-18 Special Supply notification for 2024.
The notification, which is vital for students who have accumulated backlogs, is yet to be issued, leaving hundreds of students, especially those from the 2021/22/23 batches, in a limbo, said the BRSV GHMC Coordinator, Mir Qurram Ali.
In a statement issued here on Friday, Ali said he had written an urgent letter to the Vice Chancellor of JNTUH, requesting immediate action on the matter. The special supply was granted to previous batches, but the 2024 batch is yet to see any such announcement. “As the year draws to a close, students are left with limited time to clear their backlogs and secure their graduation,” he said.
